Virginia Wedding

Kaitlin + Greg // Fall Tented Wedding at the Goodstone Inn, Virginia

Kaitlin and Greg’s fall wedding at Goodstone Inn in Middleburg, Virginia felt like something straight out of a romantic countryside dream. Effortlessly elegant with just the right amount of fun, their celebration felt timeless, personal, and full of heart from start to finish.

Their ceremony took place in front of Goodstone’s iconic ivy wall, beautifully enhanced with white roses woven directly into the greenery. It created the most romantic, old-world backdrop as Kaitlin and Greg said their vows surrounded by family and friends. The aisle and ceremony florals complemented the setting perfectly—soft, classic, and refined—setting the tone for the day ahead.

After the ceremony, guests made their way to the pool for cocktail hour. Waiters passed signature drinks with custom napkins draped over their arms, each one featuring Kaitlin and Greg’s monogram. It was such a chic detail and instantly elevated the experience. One of our favorite moments? Kaitlin and Greg pouring into a dirty martini tower!

The reception reveal was a true wow moment. Kaitlin and Greg’s reactions said it all as they stepped into the black navi tract tent. Filled with stunning tablescapes featuring calla lilies, hydrangeas, and amaranthus in a mix of soft and rich tones. A round bar sat at the center of the tent, showcasing their monogram. The design was mirrored on the DJ booth, tying everything together beautifully. A black-and-white checkered dance floor anchored the space. Above it hung a dramatic floral installation that shifted from lighter hues to deeper, moodier tones. It was easily one of the most show-stopping design moments of the night.

As the sun began to dip, Kaitlin and Greg snuck away for sunset portraits. During this time, they captured that golden-hour glow, setting the perfect mood before the party really got going.

The evening was filled with heartfelt moments. Kaitlin shared a meaningful dance with her dad, followed by Greg dancing with his mom. The night quickly transitioned into a packed dance floor and nonstop celebration. Later in the night, guests enjoyed late-night bites of chicken biscuits and fries. A custom sauce bar featured the couple’s favorite flavors. Naturally, everything was served in monogrammed cups.

Kaitlin changed into a playful short white dress with a scarf. Greg swapped into a crisp white jacket. Together, they kept the energy light and celebratory. The night ended with an epic sparkler exit that led straight into a pool jump. Their bridal party right behind them decided to jump in too, leading to an unforgettable finale.
