To kick off the wedding weekend, Katie & Sam welcomed their family and friends to The Manor 1858 for the sweetest rehearsal dinner and welcome party. It was the perfect way to gather everyone together, settle into the weekend, and celebrate before the big day. Inspired by Virginia hunt country, the design embraced rich textures, timeless patterns, and cozy details. The overall look felt warm, inviting, and effortlessly stylish.
Katie looked absolutely adorable in a floral corset top paired with an off-white skirt. Not only did it feel like the perfect nod to her love of vintage-inspired fashion, but it was also a fun, fashion-forward look that felt playful while still bridal. Sam fully embraced the hunt country vibe in a plaid jacket that couldn’t have fit the aesthetic more perfectly.
As guests arrived and settled in for the weekend, everyone gathered around the tables to enjoy an incredible meal by Heirloom, reconnect with family and friends, and soak in the excitement of what was to come. At the end of the night, it was one of those evenings that felt relaxed in all the right ways. Every detail was beautifully designed without feeling overdone.
More importantly, the evening felt like a true reflection of Katie & Sam. Being warm, welcoming, filled with laughter, incredible food, and the kind of moments that make the start of a wedding weekend so special.
Plaid linens dressed the tables, while leather place cards added the perfect equestrian-inspired touch. However, the undeniable stars of the night were the adorable bunny lamps, which quickly became the most talked-about detail of the evening. They had everyone talking all evening long and quickly became one of our favorite design details from the entire wedding weekend.
