The sun, kissed the rolling hills of Virginia as Mari and Frank exchanged vows at the picturesque Goodstone Inn. Their wedding day, was a stunning blend of elegance and romance, with a color scheme of blue and white. It was like stepping into a Mediterranean paradise right in the heart of Virginia. The venue’s lush gardens, a classic choice, served as the perfect backdrop for the ceremony.
Mari & Frank’s goal was to transport their guests to an Italian getaway, on the rolling hills of Virginia. Here, the couple’s dedication to their theme became even more apparent. As guests stepped under that tent, they were whisked away to the rolling hills of Tuscany. The black and white checked dance floor transported guests to an Italian piazza, while the blue and white decor continued to delight the eye. The place cards, creatively fashioned from oyster shells, added a unique touch to each table, making every guest feel truly special. The attention to detail was astonishing. It was evident that Mari and Frank had poured their hearts into planning this day along with our girl Kylie. Guests were gifted rosemary-infused olive oil as favors, along with the opportunity to have a live painter paint a portrait of them. A fantastic way to immortalize the day! It’s truly the little things that make a wedding memorable.
For those looking to indulge in a little sophistication, the cigar bourbon lounge was the place to be. This lounge was straight out of a connoisseur’s dream. Dedicated solely to cigars, and old fashions, featuring a carefully curated selection of top-notch bourbons. As the sun dipped below the horizon, Mari and Frank took a few moments to capture the golden hour. The resulting portraits were nothing short of magical. Not to be left out, their beloved dog, Luna, joined in for some heartwarming family photos, adding an extra layer of charm to the day. Every element, from the decor to the ambiance, was simply perfect. We loved getting to be a part of these lovebirds’ big day!
