Dearly Beloved FAM Event at The Line Hotel, Washington D.C.

We recently had the pleasure of attending the Dearly Beloved FAM event at The Line Hotel in Washington, D.C. The evening was full of creativity, incredible decor and of course, fantastic company. The evening kicked off with a stunning dinner featuring a beautifully curated tablescape. Something Vintage’s slatted dining tables were transformed into incredible two-toned tables that perfectly matched the event’s vibrant theme—one of the many details we were obsessed with! Sophie Felts thoughtfully designed colorful floral centerpieces that complemented the color scheme, adding life and charm to the setup.

One of the most creative touches was the seating chart. It wasn’t your typical list of names—instead, it featured small white head sculptures with guests’ names attached to them. It was such a unique and artistic element that made finding your seat a fun little experience in itself. Speaking of seating, Something Vintage’s rattan chairs featured a clever twist: instead of traditional place cards, guests’ names were woven directly into the chairs themselves! It was such a thoughtful and innovative design choice, and we were in awe of how seamlessly it all fit with the vibe of the event.

After a fabulous dinner, the party continued upstairs with even more surprises. Not only was the dance floor buzzing, thanks to the fantastic DJ, but there were also additional exciting elements that kept the energy high. Guests enjoyed some unexpected delights, including aura readings and even the chance to get a spontaneous small tattoo from a tattoo artist! The energy was electric, and it was the perfect way to end an incredible evening. It’s events like this that remind us of the immense creativity and talent within our industry!
