Hey y'all I'm Gracie! I'm from Ohio and just recently moved to the Houston area. I got married to my best friend in May 2021 and loved planning so much I wanted to keep doing it! I'm starting my Master's in Healthcare Administration this fall at Texas Woman's University and I'm so happy and thankful to be joining this incredible team.

Of all the decisions you make in your wedding planning process, I promise hiring Vida Events will be the best one! They are insanely talented at what they do. They provided us with thorough planning services before our wedding. I didn't think we needed a planner, and then in our first conversation Megan she asked me about microphones and event insurance -- things I truly had not even thought about that were hugely important! Not to mention, she wrote our whole day-of timeline for us!
But the real magic Megan provided was on the wedding day itself. She truly made it a 100% stress-free day for me and my husband. We were one of those couples that refused help for our wedding, up until we realized that there is no way we can handle, nor would we want to handle, the small details and overall flow of our wedding day. Megan took me on after my other planner dropped me due to COVID. She immediately made me feel comfortable with her and helped me changed my date twice and my venue! Where do I begin?! I have no idea what our wedding day would have turned out like had Megan with Vida Events not been there. She handled all the little details and it allowed me, our friends, and our family to enjoy the day without having to worry about anything other than what the day was all about. I am a strong believer that everyone needs a wedding coordinator, even if it is just day of. I didn’t realize it prior, but the biggest perk to having Megan there was that she takes the hit for everything instead of the bride.
