Venue tours have never been so fun! If you’ve never been to Venice, Italy add it to your bucket list ASAP! It’s hard to describe this incredible place, but spectacular comes to mind in every sense. We toured several venues over the week we were there, with our couple choosing Ca’ Sagredo for next Fall!

Take a look at our top 5 favorite places!

Ca’Sagredo

Ca’ Sagredo is located directly on the Grand Canal and offers a splendid view of the historical Rialto Market. Ca’ Sagredo is a Luxury Hotel, a Private Palazzo, a Noble Residence, a Museum and much more. This 15th century Palace still preserves the untouched beauty of an ancient noble residence and has been declared a National Monument. The epic events of the past echo in the opulently frescoed ballroom and lounge. It is easy to forget about the outside world with all the treasures saved in Ca’ Sagredo. There is something magic about this Palace.  Its lavish pink façade, magnificent interiors and views of the Grand Canal will leave you breathless.

Bauer Palazzo

Bauer Palazzo, located on the Grand Canal, a short distance from the city’s main attractions and designer shops, is a luxurious hotel housed in the 19th-century Venetian building.

Behind arched lancet windows and a Gothic façade, the hotel’s spacious rooms and suites offer exquisite decoration in Venetian style with delicate fabrics, gilded mirrors, carved stucco ceilings and Murano glass chandeliers.

The Bauer Palazzo has been setting the standards for Venetian hospitality throughout the decades. Your event or Venice wedding will be a success whether you choose indoors or outdoors locations of this glorious setting. The hotel offers a variety of venues and styles to satisfy every taste and meet every need with its five distinct properties, each with their particular features.

Belmond Hotel Cipriani

During their wedding weekend, George and Amal, together with many of their celebrity friends, stayed in the actor’s favourite Belmond Hotel Cipriani.

The home to Belmond Hotel Cipriani is Giudecca, comprised of 8 islands. The venue overlooks some of Venice’s most outstanding landmarks like the Doge’s Palace and St Mark’s Square. This stylish Venice wedding venue is known for interiors decorated in delicate artefacts, the most fabulous swimming pool in the city, and classic cuisine.

Gardens and panoramic lagoon views make Belmond Hotel Cipriani the ideal venue for a luxury celebration. Its opulent architecture surrounded by water and gardens once walked by Casanova make Cipriani one of the most sought-after locations in Venice. From a church ceremony to a blessing in the gardens – everything is possible in this luxury hotel. Cipriani is a truly unique backdrop for your wedding in Venice, the city that makes your heart beat faster.

JW Mariott Venice

The resort of the Isola Delle Rose is the first JW Marriott in Italy. This hotel is an exclusive setting of a private island with an area of 16 hectares or 40 acres. The five accommodation facilities, spa, elegant Romanesque Revival church and the Dopolavoro restaurant infuse new life into a collection of buildings from the 1920s and 1930s renovated in a contemporary manner.

Isola Delle Rose is the perfect backdrop for a sophisticated special celebration inspired by your love. The stylish terraces featuring breathtaking views of Venice, the magic of an idyllic century-old park and the timeless romance of a historic church in the Venetian lagoon will set the romantic tone for your Venice wedding.

THE ST.REGIS VENICE

With a history spanning over 150 years, The St. Regis Venice is the perfect blend of classic and contemporary, artfully combining futuristic design with historic features. Overlooking the Grand Canal and offering breathtaking vistas of the city’s major sights, including the Basilica della Salute and Punta della Dogana, the hotel is the perfect venue to host weddings and ceremonies of up to 110 guests. The highlight of the hotel is undoubtedly its gorgeous Italian Garden infused with the beguiling fragrance of roses, from where guests can soak up spectacular views.
