Megan and Taylor got married on a beautiful, Midwest fall day in Evanston, Indiana. The details that went into getting this vision, are astounding. From the colors, to the décor, it was so perfectly them. The overall warm bohemian theme was really pulled together by the deep fall colors and intricate designs. And hello, did you see those boots?!
Matilda’s Event Barn has about 80 acres of land. Couples often hold ceremonies on The Hilltop overlooking a lake and rolling pasture where 250 guests can be accommodated, but there is also the option to hold a ceremony inside the barn itself. This venue is the perfect backdrop for couples who love rolling hills and all things naturally beautiful.
We love a good first look moment, but Megan’s first look with her dad had us all so emotional! He choked up, and then she choked up, and then we choked up. It was the sweetest moment!
Megan and Taylor really wanted to focus on having a fun day for friends and family. They are so carefree and so much entertaining. To know this couple is to love this couple! Just one look at them and you can feel the love that they have for one another radiating off of them. They had an amazing live band, which really added to the amazing atmosphere and the bridal party was so ready for a good time.
This night was just amazing. A ton of love, a ton of dancing, and a ton of fun. There was not one dull moment. Megan and Taylor were the true life of the party. We are so thankful to have them in the Vida Family!
