Brittany + Billy // The Barn at Willowbrook // Planner, Vida Events

Billy proposed to Brittany in front of the Tree of Life at Disney’s Animal Kingdom (our Disney loving hearts are swooning!) They got married in a beautiful fall wedding ceremony in front of their closest friends and family. With the cutest decor in the most beautiful venue, these two Disney fans lovebirds started their own happily ever after.

The Barn at Willowbrook is a beautiful event venue located in Leesburg, Virginia, right in the heart of Virginia wine country. It is run by mother and daughter powerhouse duo, Kelly and Betsy. The Barn at Willowbrook offers numerous packages, but something special that brides and grooms love is the package that includes a 3 day, 2 night stay in the beautiful farmhouse. The entire property is filled with the most beautiful views a couple could ask for.

The small details are what made this wedding so dreamy. There were touches of the couple’s personality all over. Brittany DIY’d the white pumpkin centerpieces, and were like something out of a fairytale. Each guest also got a customized coaster and there were customized cups at the bar with Brittany and Billy’s wedding date on them.

When I say that this group was a party – I mean that. Brittany’s bridesmaids made a song about the couple that was to the tune of “Everybody” by the Backstreet Boys that had everyone up on their feet clapping after. It was definitely an amazing moment. Even though COVID-19 forced them to cut down on their guest count, there was not one dull moment. The dance floor was such a party from the second they first stepped foot on it.

We had the best time making Brittany and Billy’s wedding dreams come true. We love being a part of our couple’s big day and are so grateful for Brittany and Billy for allowing us to be there for them!
