This summer, our team ventured into the heart of Burgundy, France, for an unforgettable styled shoot that perfectly captured the region’s charm while adding our signature touch of elegance, fun, and a hint of edginess. Burgundy, with its rich history and picturesque countryside, offered the ideal backdrop for a day filled with stunning design, creative details, and fashion-forward moments.
The first half of our shoot was all about the venue’s dreamy, tranquil setting nestled in Burgundy’s rolling green countryside. The lush landscape framed every shot, exuding a serene yet sophisticated atmosphere. We chose burgundy, organic tones for the tablescapes and decor, with patterned linens, vintage-inspired glassware, and fresh floral arrangements. The overall aesthetic remained classic but with subtle modern touches to complement the historic surroundings.
As the day transitioned, so did the shoot’s energy. The second half of the day revolved around a striking bridal dress change that introduced a moodier, edgier vibe. The bride began in a flowing, romantic gown, perfectly blending with the natural scenery. As the sun began to set, she transformed into a more daring look—a sleek, modern dress with bolder accessories. The change created a palpable shift in tone, adding a fresh, unexpected twist to the shoot.
The evening atmosphere brought out a darker, more dramatic palette in the photography and styling. Candlelight flickered off metallic accents and deep-hued florals, creating a sultry, moody ambiance that was entirely different from the soft, natural feel of the day. Throughout the shoot, we aimed to weave in elements that represented Burgundy, not just through the landscape but also through French-inspired details that spoke to the region’s culture. From the charming countryside venue to the decadent cuisine, every part of the shoot reflected the effortless beauty and rich history of France. We combined timeless French sophistication with playful, modern elements to create a scene that felt as if it belonged in Vogue France.
