Last fall, Shannon and Dylan tied the knot at The Seclusion, surrounded by the stunning Blue Ridge Mountains. Their wedding was everything you’d hope for in a perfect autumn celebration—romantic, elegant, and filled with thoughtful details that showcased their love story. With the mountains as their backdrop and the vibrant fall foliage adding to the magic, Shannon and Dylan’s outdoor ceremony was straight out of a fairytale. The centerpiece was a beautiful circular floral arch bursting with hydrangeas, roses, and lush greenery in soft, warm tones. Shannon looked breathtaking in her off-the-shoulder lace gown, and Dylan couldn’t have been more dapper in his classic black tux.
Guests mingled during cocktail hour, which was full of fun and creative touches. A standout detail was the Bubbles and Brews bar, a vintage mobile bar decked out in greenery and a custom sign featuring Shannon and Dylan’s names. The seating chart added an extra personal touch, with a gilded mirror displaying beautifully illustrated cards of places significant to the couple, like New York and Nashville. It was a lovely way to incorporate their love for travel into the day.
The reception space inside The Seclusion’s barn was the perfect blend of cozy and chic. The warm wooden beams, dramatic stone fireplace, and sparkling chandeliers set the stage for a truly magical evening. Tables were dressed in textured champagne linens and topped with towering floral arrangements in soft blush, cream, and rust tones. Guests were welcomed to their seats with gorgeous place settings featuring gold flatware, beaded chargers, and soft blush napkins. Every detail felt so intentional, from the lush florals to the candlelit glow that made the space feel extra inviting.
As the night came to an end, Shannon switched into a chic short white dress with ruffle details for their grand exit. Hand in hand, the couple walked through a sparkling tunnel of light created by their guests, who cheered them on every step of the way.
