Tiffany + Sam // Private Residence – Minimony as seen in Washingtonian Weddings // Wedding Planner, Vida Events

Tiffany and Sam tied the knot in an emotional ceremony surrounded by friends and family in a minimony (mini ceremony) at a family member’s private residence. As many last minute changes had to me made, the overall theme of this wedding was “our time is now” and it truly was.

The huge clock over the fireplace made for a perfect backdrop for the ceremony. It was officiated by Tiffany’s brother and was so beautiful. When Tiffany walked down the aisle with her father, absolutely everyone in the room teared up. It was such a special moment in ways I can’t even describe. The amount of love that was felt in that room was so incredibly amazing. Everyone was so happy to be gathered together for such a joyous occasion.

Having the ceremony and reception in the home allowed us to completely transform the rooms into a full reception area. Luckily, the homeowners already had a gorgeous farm table, but adding one more made for enough room for everyone. The sweetheart table was stunning. All of the floral arrangements and décor complimented one another so well. I loved the cute little champagne bottles everyone got as well!

Even with a small group, you can still have a great time. Tiffany and Sam were surrounded by family and friends and they talked, danced, and laughed all night long. It truly was such an honor to be able to be there while these two lovebirds got married. Everything was beautiful and we are so happy that we got to help celebrate their love!
